GENTRY – Gentry senior quarterback Chris Bell threw four touchdown passes and ran for another score Friday as the Pioneers upended Huntsville 49-13 in the 4A-1 Conference football opener for both teams.

Madison County sheriff-elect Ronnie Boyd on Thursday held an informational meeting about the need for a jail in Madison County.
