A local community action agency is gearing up for its annual count of individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Madison County. According to Susan Presley, of Permanent and Transitional Housing Solutions (PATHS), members of the community are conducting an interview with those people who are struggling to keep or obtain adequate housing in the county.
