Issues
- Fire Extinguishers not tagged.
- Need smoke detector in data closet.
- Fire Alarm activated at 10:13 toned at 10:15. Smyrna toned at 10:16 as Mutual Aid not as Automatic Aid.
- 31 smoke detectors in the building.
- Holes in ceiling tiles and several tiles not in place.
- No smoke detector in laundry.
- Freezer door interior release broken.
- Smoke alarm activated at 10:21 no dispatch response.
- Smoke alarm activated at 10:34 no dispatch response
- HFD needs training on smoke system.
- Wiring not covered in Pods above doors. There had been a mistake between installation instructions and doors delivered.
- Hughes requested contractor put visible lettering IDing the pods on the walls that can be seen by the control room.
- Ceiling tiles missing or damaged in various rooms.
- Pad outside of the exercise room needs to be extended to the driveway.
- Smoke control Station has faults that need to be addressed.
- Riser test ok.
- Need a Knox Box
- Need a lock on the water shutoff.
- Needs 23 and a ½ turns to close/open.
- Fire Lanes are not marked
- Hydrant must be raised for access.
- Need label over the Kitchen Extinguisher.
- Rust on the Captive Air kitchen extinguishment system valves. Needs to be changed to stainless steel.
- Kitchen system has to be inspected every 6 months.
- Need to test the dampers.
- Fire walls need to be checked on the final inspection.
- Trying to determine who installed the water system and if the PIV shuts off the water.
- Need a generator test on the final.
- Need all the exterior doors labeled.
- Water and electric shutoff rooms on the North side.
- Gas shutoff next to riser room on north side.
- Riser Room needs to be labeled
- Dry Sprinkler system room needs labeled
- Dry Sprinkler System is not tagged
- Emergency Evacuation Maps need to be in place.
- HFD will be supplied a copy of the as built drawings when finished.
