This year’s Pioneer Days in St. Paul featured 65 vendors including artisans, community and school groups, food, direct sales, and many other makers.

Covington and Bonnie Rodgers were named the King and Queen of St. Paul at the St. Paul Pioneer Days.
Inflatables were available for children near the school cafeteria as part of Pioneer Days.
Several thousand people are estimated to have attended the two-day Pioneer Days event. Friday’s weather held off some crowds as there was a surprise storm. Saturday’s sunny skies greeted the many vendors, musicians, and visitors.
The St. Paul Volunteer Fire Department was a big part of Pioneer Days including being in the parade and hosting the department’s annual gun raffle.

Jerry Dowding was one of many participants in this year’s St. Paul Pioneer Days parade. He rode his father-in-law’s old tractor that was purchased after the Korean War. Dowding restored the old tractor.

Boy Scout Troup 460, based in Elkins, marched in the Pioneer Days parade and also helped pick up trash after the event.
June Waddill was the Grand Marshall for the Pioneer Days parade.
