Though no specific complaints were registered, attendance at this year’s Madison County IPRA Rodeo was down compared to years past. Leslie Harp, vice president of the rodeo board, said competing events over the weekend might have resulted in the puzzling downturn of fans in the stands at Sky High Arena.
