Huntsville School District and its school board members violated the Freedom of Information Act by not turning over documents in response to a request by Witter resident Benjamin Rightsell, according to Circuit Court Judge Doug Martin’s final order issued last week in a suit filed last year. The district was ordered to tender the documents to Rightsell.
