LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) recently announced a “Farmers Sales Tax Exemption Card” is now available. The card, which is the result of Act 621 of 2025, makes it easier for Arkansas farmers to obtain certain sales tax exemptions at the point of sale.
