Mary Ann Davis, 74, of Springdale, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center. 

She was born Sunday, Aug. 18, 1947, in Hindsville, to Calvin and Lola Gosvener Evans.

Ann married Rex Davis in October 1962, and together they were parents to four children, Rexanna, Sandra, Rex Jr. and Bobby.

Ann was everything that a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend should be. She was a hard worker. She loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed the outdoors, raising her chickens, ceramics and watching soap operas.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Lola Evans; her husband, Rex Davis; one son, Rex Davis Jr.; and two brothers, Sonny Evans and Bob Evans.

Ann is survived by her partner, James Thompson of Hindsville; three children, Rexanna Obenshain and husband, Steve, of Clifty, Sandra Williams of Springdale, and Bobby Davis of Hindsville; eight grandchildren, Krystle Barnett and husband, Justin, of Farmington, Chad Obenshain of Clifty, Kassandra Foster and husband, Chad, of Marble, Charlie Obenshain of Hindsville, Corina Obenshain of Clifty, River Davis of Springdale, Rikki Williams of Springdale, and Remington Davis of Hindsville; 11 great-grandchildren, Layton and Weston Obenshain, Emily and Jagger Smith, Brooklea, Kylee and Sawyer Barnett, Hunter, Haylee, and Hayden McKamy, and Ivy Davis; one sister, Rennie Whittle; and three brothers, Addie, Ike and Cheyenne Evans.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2022. 

Loren Collins officiated. 

Pallbearers were Ronnie Callahan, Steve Obenshain, Chad Obenshain, Remington Davis, Johnny Cornelison and Jeffrey Whittle. 

Honorary pallbearers were River Davis, Charlie Obenshain, Layton Obenshain, Hunter McKamy, Weston Obenshain, Jagger Smith and Sawyer Barnett. 

Interment immediately followed services at Colbaugh Cemetery, Hindsville. 

Services were entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
