Covington and Bonnie Rodgers were named the King and Queen of St. Paul at the St. Paul Pioneer Days during a brief ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 14. This year, the committee chose a couple ahead of time for the honor and based the selection on service to the community. Both the Rodgers taught or coached in the community and Bonnie served as the librarian.
