The night before the Arkansas Legislative Council’s Administrative Rules subcommittee was set to hear more testimony and vote on the possibility of making permanent a moratorium on Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations, known as CAFOs, in the Buffalo National River watershed and to change public notice requirement regarding those farms, the departments asking for the change pulled the subjects from the agenda.
