Stacey Lynne Marshall, 40, of Holiday Island, passed away Aug. 3, 2022, at home 

She was born Saturday, April 10, 1982, in Fayetteville, to James Thomas Marshall, Jr., and Tammy Moore Marshall.

When Stacey was just seven years old, she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. It didn’t matter where you saw her, she had a smile on her face and was always making jokes. Her favorite thing to do was give people little gifts, simply because they made her think of them. Stacey always loved to sing, but most of all, she loved her family, especially her children.

Stacey was preceded in death by her dad, Terry Marshall; her stepmom, Audrey Marshall; her grandfathers, James T. Marshall and Stanley Moore; and her paternal grandmother, Patricia Marshall.

Stacey is survived by one daughter, Gracey Coggins (John Calvin) of Huntsville; and one son, Baylor Maddox, of Destin, Fla.; her mom, Tammy Marshall, of Forum; her daddy, James Thomas Marshall Jr., also of Forum; two sisters, Jennifer Marshall (Dale) of Kingston and Dekka Marshall of Forum; three brothers, Jeremy Marshall, Colton Marshall and Tommy James Marshall, all of Forum; her maternal grandmother, Sue Moore of Springdale; one sister-in-law, Kim Marshall of Alabam; and her nieces and nephews, MaKayla Watkins, Slayter Watkins, Bentley Marshall and Raylan Marshall.

A celebration of life was held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022, at the Community Church of Forum, Justin Harris officiated. 

Cremation was entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
