Richard Lee Judy, 77, of Monett, Mo., passed from this life on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020. 

He was born May 20, 1943, in Laramie, Wyo., a son of the late Virgil Doyle Judy and Hazel Marie Joslin Judy. 

Also preceding him in death was a brother, Darrell Judy, and a sister, Joella Hollingsworth. 

He was a field technician for Tyson Foods with 55 years’ service and was an active member of his Baptist church. He was a family man who loved his kids, grandkids, and many friends. 

As a lover of the outdoors, he was a lifelong hunter and fisherman, whose hobbies included searching for arrowheads, mushrooms, spare change and playing softball.  

Survivors are his wife, Crystal Davis Judy; sons Stanley Richard Judy (LaNaya) of Hindsville, Ark., and Rodney Judy (Vickie) of Lowell, Ark.; a daughter, Audra Kristina Auderer (Ty) of Plano, Texas; stepdaughters Jade Propst of Republic, Mo., and Jasmine Burks (Dylan) of Mt. Vernon, Mo.; a brother, Larry Judy (Kathy) of Wesley, Ark.; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Nelson Berna Funeral Home. 

Burial followed at Combs Cemetery.
