Othelia Ann LeVan, 80, of Springdale, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, at Northwest Medical Center, Springdale. 

She was born Friday, Aug. 8, 1941, in Roland, Okla., to Jack Albert and Marjorie Ellen Harrell Hughes.

Ann married John Daniel LeVan on Saturday, May 19, 2007, in Hindsville, AR, and together they were parents to nine children. 

She was a customer service representative for Fram Oil Filter, Co., Purolator Company, and Decision One Electronics. Ann loved watching Oklahoma University football games, Texas Rangers baseball games, gardening, dancing, and listening to John play music. 

She was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to many who were her adopted “family”, and enjoyed showering them with love.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Jack L. Doyle. 

She is survived by her husband, John D. LeVan of the home; children and spouses, Dana Doyle and Terry Lillich, Diana Williams, Jack and Wendi Doyle, John and Deanne LeVan, Jr., Tracy and Cecil Combs, Kelly LeVan, Sunny and Julio Tellez, and Ivy Rose LeVan; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Chris Rovang, and Kenneth and Dorothy Kinsy; and a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
