Norma M. Davis, 86, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale. 

She was born Thursday, Dec. 12, 1935, in Burnet County, Texas, to William Fance and Ida Mae Hood Mobley.

Norma married Edward Odell Davis on Friday, July 9, 1954, at Round Rock, Texas, and together they were parents to four children. She was a Administrative Assistant for the Arkansas Department of Health for 26 years and a member of Spring Valley Baptist Church. Norma was also an avid gardener and a very talented seamstress.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Modena Mobley. 

She is survived by her husband, Odell Davis of the home; three sons and two daughters-in-law: Gaylon and Tammy Davis of Hindsville, Craig and Louise Davis of Springdale, and Kane Davis of Clifty; one daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Mike Sonnier of Rogers; one brother, Gary Mobley of Cedar Park, Texas; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one niece; and one nephew.

The family will receive friends at 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at Brashears Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Jason Sisemore officiating. 

Pallbearers will be Justin Davis, Nathan Davis, Shawn Sonnier, Randy Davis, Rex Holmesley and James Poore. 

Interment will immediately follow services at Upper Clifty Cemetery. 

Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
