James Keith Harris, 38, of Branson, Mo., died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020, in Springfield, Mo. 

He was born Tuesday, Oct. 6, 1981, in Huntsville, to James Thurman Harris and Cynthia Faye Harris.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Larissa Dawn Harris; his fiancé, Katy Collins;  and his grandfathers, James C. Harris and Jimmy Ace Gilbert. 

He is survived by his son, Nathaniel Lee Valentine, of Winslow; his mother and stepfather, Cynthia and Ken Welch of Lead Hill; his father and stepmother, Jimmy “Tippy” and Theresa Harris of Van Buren; six sisters and three brothers-in-law, Jennifer and Roger Emberton of Cedarville, Courtney and Tommy Langley of Cedarville, Samantha and Shawn Walsh of Japton, Trisha Earnhart of Bergman, Valerie Draper of Fort Dodge, Iowa, and Kimberly Leckband of Dallas, Texas; and his grandmothers, Gladys Harris of Huntsville, and Patsy Balderas of Harrison.

Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, at Brashears Funeral Home, with Scheina Haught-Goodhart officiating.

Interment will follow at Huntsville Cemetery.
