Jacob James Kirk, 27, of Bentonville, died Sunday, April 26, 2020, in Bentonville. 

He was born Saturday, Feb. 6, 1993, in Fayetteville, to Kenneth Eugene and Stephanie Jacobs Kirk.

Jacob was a recruiter for Walmart and a member of Keypoint Church. He was well known for putting a smile on everyone’s face. 

Jacob dearly loved his friends and family. He also enjoyed working out, playing basketball and golfing.

Jacob was predeceased by his grandparents, Jim and Faye Trammell and Deane Howard. 

He is survived by his parents, Kenny and Stephanie Kirk of Hindsville; his brother, Caleb Kirk of Hindsville; his sister, Mykenna Kirk of Hindsville; his girlfriend, Megan Gassaway of Bentonville; his grandparents, Arlene Howard of Hindsville, and Jim and Joann Jacobs of Holiday Island; numerous cousins and countless friends.

Graveside services will be held at Hickory Creek Cemetery, with Tyler Trumbo and Jeff Watson officiating. 

Pallbearers will be Kyle Anderson, Dalton Woods, Britton Young, Jose Soto, Taylor Shrum and Tom Lasdavanh. Honorary pallbearers are his brother, Caleb Kirk, sister, Mykenna Kirk and members of the Stray Dogs basketball team. 

Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
