Bud retired from the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad as the Chief Mechanical Officer of Freight and Passenger Cars after working on the railroad for 33 years. He was a member of Operation Lifesaver and taught railroad safety in NWA schools for many years.

Bud loved to preach God’s Word, share the gospel of Jesus Christ, spend time with his family, and fellowship with his church family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing golf, mowing grass, listening to Southern Gospel music, and watching “The Andy Griffith Show.”
