Frankie Dale Davidson, of Compton, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo. 

He was 60 years old.

The son of Perry Lee and Mildred Lorene (Huber) Davidson was born on Sept. 20, 1962, in Harrison, Ark.

Frankie was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved life and never had a bad day. Frankie was always telling stories and singing and eventually earned the nickname, “Frank Williams Jr.” He loved, “Driving Out the Mountain” and feeding his cows with his granddaughter, Olivia.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and an infant brother, Jamie Davidson.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Lisa Davidson; one son, Daylin Davidson; one daughter and her husband, Shelby and Tyler Smith; two granddaughters, Olivia and Oaklee Smith; and his siblings, Gary Lee Davidson and wife, Tawnya, Karen Sue Bohannon and husband, Rick, Gene Davidson and wife, Ruby, Danny Wayne Davidson and wife, Becky, Ronnie Davidson and wife, Rosetta, and Chris Davidson and wife, Cassie; and a host of nieces; nephews; other family; and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023, at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Funeral service is Friday, Jan. 27, 2023, at 10 a.m. at Lower Campground United Baptist Church in Kingston. Brother Bo Bailey will officiate. Brother Robert Huber will be the eulogist. 

Burial will be in Mossville Cemetery. 

Pallbearers are Gary Lee, Gene, Ronnie, Chris, and Danny Wayne Davidson and Bob Christopher. 

Honorary pallbearers include Daylin, Garrett, Jason, Nathan, Doug, Sam, and Dusty Davidson, Kyle Bohannon, Floyd Ficht, Roger King, James Holt, Kevin Harp, Tyler Smith, Ricky Sattler and Roger Reynolds.
