Eldred Neal Sizemore, 60, of Wesley, passed away Thursday, Nov. 24, 2022, at home. 

He was born Tuesday, Jan. 23, 1962, in Lubbock, Texas, to Frederick Guy and Mary Yvonne Sparks Sizemore.

Neal married Manuela “Ela” Chastain on Friday, Dec. 4, 1987, in Garland, Texas, and was a project manager for Top Hat Chimney and Roofing Services. As an avid sports fan, he enjoyed hockey, bull riding, and the Dallas Cowboys and Arkansas Razorbacks. Neal had an amazing sense of humor and enjoyed making others laugh with his jokes. In his spare time, Neal could be found mowing, maintaining his lawnmower, and listening to 1310 “The Ticket.” Above all, Neal was a dedicated neighbor and friend, and a devoted husband and father who loved his family immensely.

Neal was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Sizemore. 

He is survived by his wife, Ela Sizemore, of the home; two sons and future daughter-in-law, Justin Sizemore and Cole Sizemore and Samantha Miller, all of Wesley; his mother, Mary Sizemore, of Huntsville; two brothers and sisters-in-laws, Larry and Julie Sizemore of Tontitown and Mike and Renee Sizemore of Hindsville; three sisters and brothers-in-law, LaDonna and Mike Keck of Wesley, Geri and Ronnie Neugent of Huntsville, and Adala and Keith Watkins of Huntsville; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022, at Brashears Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, at Brashears Funeral Home with Jeff Watson officiating. 

Pallbearers will be Justin Sizemore, Cole Sizemore, Keith Watkins, Larry Sizemore, Mike Sizemore and Mike Keck. 

Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Neugent and Neal’s nephews. 

Interment will immediately follow services at Drakes Creek Cemetery, Wesley. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Neal’s name may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital Northwest, 2601 Gene George Blvd., Springdale, AR 72762. 

Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
