Dennis Dean Donahoe, 69, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, at home.  
He was born Tuesday, Sept. 9, 1952, in Huntsville to Charles Nicholas Sr., and Esther Adelle Thyfault Donahoe.
Dennis was born and raised in the Catholic Church, and was a block mason. He loved fishing, hunting and his dogs. Dennis had a big heart and loved every child he ever met.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Charles Donahoe Jr.; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Patricia and Dusty Richards, and Karen Beebe; and one nephew, Patrick Donahoe.
He is survived by his three sons and two daughters-in-law, Michael and Jannie Keck of Huntsville, Jerry and Patty Whittmore of Sonora, and Jimmy Patrick of Huntsville; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Jennifer and Jim Vann of Bunch, Okla., Michelle Smallman of Huntsville and Shelia and Ronnie Mullens of Huntsville; one brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Joyce Donahoe of Lincoln; one sister and brother-in-law, Rita and John Walker of Barnsdall, Okla.; 10 grandchildren, Thomas Smallman, Hazen Keck, Justin Whittmore, Jeron Whittmore, Jon Whittmore, Jerrica Whittmore, Allyson Patrick, Dustin Stephenson, Maggie Stephenson and Aaron Stephenson; three great-grandchildren, Jackson Whittmore, Miah Stephenson and Adalina Stephenson; and many nieces and nephews.
No services are planned at this time.  
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dennis’ name may be made to the National Wild Turkey Federation, Post Office Box 530, Edgefield, SC 29824; or Ducks Unlimited, One Waterfowl Way, Memphis, TN 38120.  
Cremation is entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
