Anita Belle Jones of Prairie Grove passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, 72 years old, at Circle of Life in Springdale.

She was born Aug. 26, 1950, in Lincoln to Willis and Earlene (Schafer) Jones.

Anita will always be remembered for her many talents. She was very artistic. She did woodworking, crocheting, drew caricatures, painted, anything folk or abstract. She could be found anywhere using her hands and creating magic. She was not only skilled with a paintbrush, but with her hands in the dirt as well. She gardened vegetables, and grew many flowers; hollyhocks, and peonies being some of her favorites. She was a lover of rock ‘N’ roll music, old cars and antiques. She believed in Jesus and the supernatural. She worked many jobs over the course of her life, one of which was a semi-truck driver across the U.S. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She had the biggest heart and was always surrounded by friends or creatures. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
